Evening Light. In the morning sun the east side of the dunes glisten. A half day later it is the west side of the dunes turn to shine. Overnight the wind has erased the traces of those who’ve come before creating new patterns and slightly differing forms from the night before.

Ever shifting sand. These are the highest of the California dunes and tucked away in the far northen end of Death Valley they are often overlooked.
